Mahou Sewsation is a WPOC small owned business. Our business is based in the United States with world wide shipping. We offer fabric, sewing patterns, and merchandise centering around kawaii and anime culture. We hope to bring joy and happiness to our customers hearts.

  •  RETAIL
    • Retail will either be sold through the FB group or the website. Keep an eye out for posts, but they will usually be 1-2 weeks after all pre-orders have shipped. Retail will ship within 1-2 weeks after purchase. Please pay your invoices within 24 hours. If a listing is oversold (more items are sold that what we have on hand) we will refund for the item.
  • Pre-Orders
    • Pre-orders run for two weeks (may vary). The dates will be announced in the group as well as our other social media platforms, you may also find them on the Facebook cover on top of the group page. Pre-orders have a 6-18 week turn around time after the end of the preorder (printing, shipping, cutting, packing, shipping to customers). Please take into consideration holidays and other other delays that may occur while shipping the products to us. Once we have it in hand, we will get them to out to you as soon as possible. 
  • Fabric Content and Measurements 

    • Units are 36-40" in length. Continuous not guaranteed.

      Cotton Lycra (CL): 240-260 GSM, 56" wide

      Cotton Woven: 150gsm, 56” wide

      Minky: 250gsm , 56” wide

      Squish: 300- 330gsm , 56” wide

      French Terry: 260gsm , 56” wide

      Athletic: 240-260gsm, 56” wide

      Vinyl: Textured top with soft back, 56” wide

      Canvas: 280 GSM , 57” wide

      Adult Panel: 27" x 36"

      Big Kid Panel: 18" x 36"

      Kids: 18" x 19"

      Main graphics on prints range from 2-3" (approximately) for regular scale.

      *Kid, BK, and Adult panels are CL. Woven Panels are only available in Kid size. Graphics for each panel size varies depending on design, but we usually follow these guidelines:

      Adults: 6.5” W, 8” H / (8” from the top)

      BK: 6.5” W, 6” H / (8” from the top)

      Kids: 3.5” W, 4” H / (5” from the top)

      Toddler Topper Blanket: 1 yard (WOF: 56”)

      Adult Topper Blanket: 2 yards (WOF: 56”)

  • Flaws/Refunds
    • Refunds are only given if there is a flaw with the fabric on the printed side (holes, marks, printer error, etc bigger than a quarter). Flaws within 3" of the selvage will not be refunded or discounted. We will not refund pre-orders due to wait time on pre-order (by purchasing you acknowledge turn around time). Pre-orders that are cancelled by the customer have a 60% restocking fee (from total order minus shipping) regardless of reason. Please do not wash or cut your fabric until you've inspected it. Send us an email at mahoudreams5046@gmail.com within 5 (FIVE) days of fabric arriving and let us know of any flaws. Also include a picture of your packing slip, missing fabric without a picture of the packing slip will not be refunded. Refunds are issued on a case by case basis and can be partial or full refund.
  • Lost/Stolen/Damaged Package
    • We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages caused by the USPS or any other Shipping Service used to send your fabric once it ships. You have the option to add package protection at the time of checkout. However, please still let us know by e-mailing us at mahoudreams5046@gmail.com of any problems and we will do our best to help.
